The terms and conditions set out in this Terms of Use, including Customer Dos and Don'ts, Envita Interio Quality Promise, Cancellation Policy, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, Payment Policy and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Terms”) govern the access to and use of this website www.envitainterior.com (“Site”) and any associated software or mobile (collectively, the “Platform”) and services provided by Envita Interio Private Limited, based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India (“Envita”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via the Platform (collectively “Services”).

The Terms govern all users of the Platform and/or Services (collectively “Users” and each a “User”, “you”, “your” and “yours”) and constitute a legally binding contract between each User and Envita. Please read these Terms carefully before registering with Envita or accessing any materials, information, purchasing products or availing services on the Platform. By clicking on the “I Accept” button, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions and Interpretation

• Content: All data, visuals, audio, text, and other materials on the Platform.
• Intellectual Property Rights: All rights related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, etc.
• Envita Technology: Proprietary tools, code, designs, algorithms, and infrastructure of Envita.
• Third Party Vendor(s) and Service Provider(s): Independent parties offering products/services on the Platform.
• User(s): Any person accessing or transacting via the Platform.

Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of forming binding contracts to access and use the Platform. If you represent another individual or entity, you confirm having authority to bind them to these Terms.

Account Registration

Users must register an account by providing accurate and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account details and agree to notify us of any unauthorized use. Envita reserves the right to refuse or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

Our Services

Envita provides home interior design and physical execution services on a turn-key basis and facilitates product purchases from Third Party Vendors and Service Providers. While we ensure a seamless experience, Envita is not liable for product warranties or service guarantees of third parties.

Any disputes with Third Party Vendors must be resolved directly. Envita shall not mediate such disputes. Products and services may be governed by additional third-party terms which Users are advised to review before purchasing or availing.

Modifications

Envita reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
